Dude, thanks for the video. I've always thought of what it looked like years after me getting out. 1982-1985 YA#38947 Awesome. If you like scary movies you should check out Apparition. I've been watching horror flicks since the 80's and this one to me fits in somewhere between the "Scream" style movies and a B flick.
In summary it's about a group of kids who use an app that connects them with the other side, revealing their past. Things however take a major turn and it gets dark real fast.
At times I felt a bit uncomfortable due to the horrible situations you'll will witness at this once boys reform school, but it adds to the overall mood and works well.
Walk into this one with an open mind a bag of popcorn and you won't be disappointed.

That is well followed through- great characters and great filming! Executed well! It's fun and not too gory but scary and definitely entertaining horror flick.
7:39 -743 in top of the box u can see something and flying away or was it a hand let me know. Theres an imnmate named Frank buried on the grounds. Events are replaying themselves there. Theyre imprinted. Frank dies under mysterious circumstances. The old man is the prison doc. Hes being questioned by authorities. I liked Frank. I wouldnt harm a hair on him he says. Steve doesnt catch it at the end. but thats a guard who has died and is still coming to work. He didnt die there, but hes trapped in his routine. He instructs the spirits of the boys talking to Steve, just walk away boy. Still Killer. Ill kill you. I hate you. Thats a warning from a violent inmate maybe even monroe himself that even though hes dead hes dangerous. Take it from a former Ione resident, 4th generation, that castle is evil.

There's are a ton of cool mining towns if you keep driving through Jackson on Hiway 49 and come out at for the tour Russ.
Suspenseful, fun, not too scary; just enough scare! Entertaining and different than all the typical, non-original "horror/thriller" films. I also enjoyed knowing that the Preston Castle scenes were actually shot in the castle, made it more thrilling for me. Mohammad Azim Mojaddidi YA#74055... The idea that in our tech modern world an app could be developed to connect the living to the dead is intriguing. But this movie was less about the app and more about interpersonal relationships of characters. No thought was put into the development process of the app, it's true potential or limitations, or purpose. The actor playing Sam was so terrible at playing a socially awkward IT-nerd. The couple's fight the night before their marriage was without any substance or reason. The fact that they all got up and left on some adventure regardless of the next day's ceremony was unconvincing. The revenge theme was entirely predictable. So much wasted potential in the premise. And what the hell was up with the very last scene. So confused. 
Great job in an attempt to pave over important U.S. history in pursuit of more. .
